Getting started

Start with a free 15-minute call

No commitment. Just a conversation about what’s going on and whether we’re a good fit.

  1. Book a free call

Tell us what’s going on and ask anything about how therapy works here.

  2. Choose your therapist

We’ll help you find a therapist who sees clients in your state and fits what you’re looking for, and confirm your insurance before you start.

  3. Start 50-minute sessions

Meet by HIPAA-compliant video or by phone. Most clients come weekly or every other week.

A note from our founder

“Doing well on paper” was my story too.

Before I became a therapist, I had a finance degree and a career in tech. It looked successful on paper. But people close to me were struggling with their mental health at a time when few people talked about it, and I wanted to be able to help. So I left tech and went back to school.

I named the practice after the solstice, the longest and shortest days of the year. They come around every year, and so do the hard seasons in our lives. Therapy can’t make those seasons disappear, but it can help you move through them.

I also built Soulstice on a simple belief: good care depends on supporting the clinicians who provide it. That’s why I’m building a practice where our therapists have flexibility, room to grow, and competitive compensation, so they can show up fully for you.

Invite someone

Sometimes the hardest part is bringing it up

Here are two gentle ways to share Soulstice, ready to send.

For your partner

Invite your partner to a free call

It’s common for one partner to feel ready before the other. A few things that help:

  • Pick a calm moment, not the middle of a disagreement.
  • Say “we” and “us,” and keep it about your relationship.
  • Keep the ask small: one free 15-minute call, no commitment.

I’ve been thinking about us, and I’d love for us to get some support together. Would you do a free 15-minute call with me to see if couples therapy could help? Here’s the website: soulstice.io

For a friend or family member

Pass along a free first call

Anyone can book a free 15-minute call. If someone you care about has been carrying a lot, you can send it their way, with no pressure to book.

Sharing this in case it’s ever useful: Soulstice Therapy offers online therapy in CA, IL, and NY, and the first 15-minute call is free. Here’s the website: soulstice.io
