I believe therapy should offer a non-judgmental and safe environment for exploring your relationship with yourself and others. My approach is rooted in empathy, meeting you where you are, and collaborating with you to foster growth and healing at your pace.
As a first-generation Asian American, I deeply understand the complexities of navigating multiple cultural identities while building a sense of self. My professional experience spans working with children, adolescents, and adults across various levels of care and diverse communities.
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. I integrate a variety of evidence-based techniques, including CBT, DBT, art therapy, play-based therapy, and mindfulness techniques while centering my work on compassion-focused and psychodynamic principles. My aim is to tailor my approach to align with your unique needs and goals, ensuring therapy feels both effective and supportive
Taking the step to seek professional support is an act of courage and resilience. I am here to empower you on your journey, holding space for your experiences with respect, dignity, and care. Together, we can explore a path toward greater understanding, connection, and well-being.
More About Jasmine
Outside the office, you can find Jasmine dancing in the studio, painting on a canvas, or exploring the world through backpacking, whether solo or with friends. Art has always been a way for her to connect and express. A month-long solo backpacking journey in Thailand sparked Jasmine’s passion for travel, and she now finds her favorite way to reset is by immersing herself in nature.
